Economy 7 timer not working

I just noticed my horstmann economy timer not working. I tried the boost (hour) button, it still can light up on the indicator and. Hi I had a quick search but not found this specific problem. As Andy said it should be dead during the day, but assume its live and dont touch any wiring, also switch off the main switch to the economy distribution board.
