Ir transmitter and receiver arduino

It can’t transmit through walls or other. Tv ir remote uses InfraRed NEC Protocol for communication between infraRed remote and Tv itself. So I am going to make ir transmitter and Receiver using NEC Protocol. The IR sender is used to receive the infrared rays that are emitted by IR emitter. The library uses PWM pins and modifies the timing parameters to change the default frequency of that pin.
