Cut to length wall plugs

Here we have another great product from Proops Brothers Ltd. Supplied by our our Parent company Linic Products Lt makers of other plastic fixing plugs and. A 300mm long Assorted sizes wall plug, cut to the length you require.


A selection of wall plugs for use in many substrates. Used in materials that are brittle or that would otherwise not support the weight of the object attached. There are many variations of plugs , different types have different levels of strength.

First, cut your battens to fit the length of the wall you want to panel. Decide on the height of the panelling and cut each tongue-and-groove plank to length. Take one of the cut planks and mark the height on the wall with a pencil.


Then use a tape measure and pencil to measure and mark the other levels. If you have skirting on the wall , fix the lower batten just above it. Or did the plug come out of the wall ? I think I would tap a brown plug right to the bottom of the hole, and use that. This makes the operation far less likely to break tiles.

Then screw the bracket into place and partially tighten the fixing screws.

Using a length of wood and a spirit level, place the mounting rail horizontally and mark out the position of the second bracket.
