Asparagus parma ham starter

Cut each slice of Parma ham in half. Wrap each asparagus spear with a half slice of ham. Brush a baking tray with olive oil and arrange the wrapped spears in a single layer.


Make bundles of spears and wrap each in a Parma ham slice. Place in a baking tray and bake in the oven for minutes until the ham is crisp.

Now simply take a spear of asparagus , wrap a slice of Prosciutto ham around it and lay each one on a baking tray, brushing them lightly with butter to ensure they do not stick. Cook for 3-minutes until the asparagus is nicely roasted and the ham is crispy.
