Faulty reversing sensors

My parking factory fitted parking sensors have stopped working and all i get now is a loud long beep, according to the handbook there is a fault (really!) and i should take it to the dealer. I engage reverse the unit beeps once to record a fault and ALL the sensor stop ticking! Well, no idea what all that is in aid of but, best way to find the faulty sensor is pop the car in reverse. Go to the back of the car and listen to the sensors.

Turns out my sensor failure was due to a faulty speaker. It was a pretty simple fix for my mechanic by all accounts and cost AU$1for parts and labour.
